Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, and all orders are dispatched from within the United States. We will announce international delivery here when it becomes available.
Delivery windows are estimates
Delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order. Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can affect them.
Something not right?
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
