Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your device must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables and printed materials included. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved we will email you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

If your device arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on devices that have been used, on gift cards, or on items marked as final sale. Devices returned without their original packaging, controller or accessories may be refused or may receive a reduced refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different device is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If it is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the money, please contact us.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually amend an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.

Warranty

Returns are separate from your warranty. Every Easently device carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Full terms are on our warranty page.
