How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order. Express shipping is $14.99.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch, express is 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also check any order from your account or from our track order page.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The device must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Full details are in our refund policy.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Easently device carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear to soft parts. See our warranty page.
Using your device
How long is a session?
Most devices are designed around sessions of roughly ten to fifteen minutes. Follow the instructions supplied with your device, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
How often can I use one?
Short and regular works better than long and occasional. Start with a shorter session and build up only if it feels comfortable.
Is it safe for me?
These are consumer wellness and cosmetic devices, not medical equipment, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have an implanted device, a skin condition, or any injury or medical concern, speak to a qualified clinician before using one.
How do I clean my device?
Wipe skin-contact surfaces with a slightly damp cloth after use and let them dry fully. Never submerge a device or charge it while it is damp.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it has been dispatched.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Message us through our contact page. We answer Monday to Friday and aim to reply within one business day.
